Breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with honey, brown sugar and strawberries; 1 cup iced Starbucks gingerbread latte 

Snack: banana

Lunch: Chinese food, bourbon chicken and lo mien 

Snack: 5 layer dip with Tostitos

Dinner: personal pizza, no sauce, cheese and prosciutto

Snack: smart pop, 1/2 apple with peanut butter
