Breakfast: 1 Special K protein shake

Lunch: 7 Chickfila nuggets, 1/2 medium fry (I know)

Dinner: 2 Chipotle barbacoa tacos (I know again)

Snack: 1/2 cup Edy's ice cream (yes)

I was bad today.
