Breakfast: Special K protein shake, raspberries

Lunch: Ham sandwich, pretzels and Swiss Laughing Cow cheese wedge, apple, banana

Snack: 1 snack pack jerky

Dinner: 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 serving garlic pasta (and failed asparagus)

Snack: 1/2 cup Edy's chocolate ice cream
