Breakfast: 2 multigrain toaster waffles

Lunch: 1 apple, pretzels, 1 wedge Laughing Cow light creamy Swiss 

Snack: 1/2 cup raspberries, 1 Special K protein shake

Dinner: ham sandwich 

Snack: Cookout hush puppies
