Workout: 25 minute treadmill incline (152 cal), leg workout

Breakfast: 1 Special K protein shake, 1 waffle

Lunch: 8 count Chickfila nugget meal

Dinner: 5 pieces Trader Joes orange chicken

Snack: 1 brownie, made from Trader Joes gluten free mix
